By renting our product you agree to these terms and conditions:

Payment Options: Pay in full at the time of placing the order OR finance through SHOP PAY with various installment payment options available.

Disclaimer: By renting our floral arrangements you understand that though our flowers look real, and are named after real flowers, they are artificial, and therefore only resemble the real flower for which it is named after, or referred to. 

Terms: Our displayed pricing is for 1 setup at 1 location ONLY. The price you pay is for our team to set up this collection at 1 location and pick-up no later than 9pm. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental collection is to be moved to a second location OR if you need a pickup after 9pm.

  • If you need our collection moved to a second location, there will be an additional setup fee of $400. Tear Down, Loading and Setup to move this collection can take up to 2 hours to accomplish so please plan your wedding timeline accordingly.
  • Any pickups past 9:00 PM are subject to a late night pickup fee of $250. 

For insurance reasons, our trained staff must handle moving and loading all elements of our floral collection, otherwise any damages will not be covered!

Please be sure to check with your venue to confirm our rentals will fit in the desired space. All orders include delivery, setup, and pickup, with a pickup time of no later than 9:00 PM. Pickups past 9pm will incur an additional $250 late pick-up fee. 

Product Handling: No rentals can be left outside overnight, including the altars, arches, or backdrops of any kind, as well as all floral arrangements. The arches cannot be in the rain due to damage. If there is rain coming and the arch is outside we will come get the arch early.  No one is allowed to transport, take-down, or move our product without prior written approval.

Any damage incurred to our product beyond natural wear while renting our items will be charged in the amount of 2 times the rental price of the item's'. If an item is damaged beyond use, you will be charged 4 times the rental cost of the item's'. 

Venue and Location Limitations: Meant to Blossom Rentals is limited by the rules and guidelines of the location(s) and site management. Negotiation with the officials for moderation of guidelines is the responsibility of The Customer; Meant to Blossom Rentals will offer technical recommendations only. Reimbursements will not be made for unused items due to venue limitations not communicated to Meant to Blossom Rentals.

Cancellations: We require a 90 day cancellation notice, otherwise a refund is not be guaranteed. In the event of a war, fire, tragedy, pandemic, natural disaster, or other emergencies within 90 days of your wedding/event, we will move your payment to another date free of charge. 

Refunds will not be refunded in full, they will exclude the payment processing fees, as well as any time we spent in communication with you, the time spent forming this proposal, any time spent working on your event preparations, fees charged by our banking institution for refunds, and may include the fees associated with us making this available online for you to rent via Shopify.

 

Meant to Blossom Rentals reserves the right to cancel this contract if at any time Meant to Blossom Rentals feels that the obligations cannot be met. Meant to Blossom Rentals will credit the amount paid, minus any actual costs incurred up to that point that Meant to Blossom Rentals informs you. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules [including the Optional Rules for Emergency Measures of Protection]. The arbitration hearing shall take place in Phoenix, Arizona before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
